Medium growing, vase-like, evergreen, broadleaf shrub. Likes sun. Creamy white flowers in the summer bloom on tall spikes. Rather stiff, bayonet shaped leaves with yellow margins. Does well in containers and is hardy to about -25°. Grows 2-3 feet, spreads 2-3 feet.
