Most plant items are pre-order only until after April 1st.
During shipping season, orders ship Mondays and Tuesdays only to prevent plants from sitting in transit over the weekend.
Pre-order items will ship once they are ready and weather conditions are appropriate.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items are available.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or redirected packages.
Due to the perishable nature of plants and live goods:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
We are not responsible for damage caused by weather delays, carrier delays, or improper plant care after delivery.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
Local delivery orders are processed within 24–48 hours for in-stock items.
Delivery timing may vary during peak season.
Someone must be available to receive orders unless noted.
We are not responsible for items left unattended after delivery.
