Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are excited to offer shipping to select states. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

 Pre-Order Information

Most of our items are pre-order only until after April 1st.

This allows us to ensure plants are healthy, weather-appropriate, and ready for safe transit. Orders placed before April 1st will ship once our regular shipping season begins.

If you order both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.


 Shipping Schedule

To protect your plants and prevent packages from being delayed over the weekend:

  • We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.

  • Orders placed later in the week will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

This helps ensure your order does not sit in transit over the weekend.


 Shipping Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to resend.


 No Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of plants and garden products:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.
