BananAppeal is a compact, deer-resistant, well-behaved anise tree that stuns with disease resistant golden-yellow foliage. Unlike other varieties that send out long, gangly shoots, it keeps it’s nice, mounded shape as it ages. With anise-scented foliage, it is a perfect accent plant in shade gardens, maintaining its small stature and luminescent yellow-gold foliage. Grows 3-4' tall and wide. Prune in spring after flower.
