Growing only 3 to 4 feet tall and wide, Mini Penny is a dwarf mophead hydrangea that produces loads of pink or blue blooms, depending on soil pH. You can expect blue flowers in acid soil and pink flowers in neutral soil. You'll be happy to know that 'Mini Penny' is a repeat bloomer that produces flowers on both old and new wood and has excellent mildew resistance on leathery, dark green leaves.
