Deep orange and thick-walled peppers are very similar to California Wonder with an earlier maturity date. Sturdy, upright 22-30” plants are everbearing and pendant. One of the best open-pollinated orange yellow peppers available with high yields and good fruit set in cool conditions. California peppers can be baked, fried, and roasted. It is also good for stuffing, frying, and slicing.
