Oxblood red flowers are the darkest red flowers yet, blooming in summer. The new growth is wine then quickly changing to dark green. This moderate growing large shrub reaches 6 to 12 feet; spreads up to 5 feet. Use as an accent, in containers, or massed in borders. Best in the sun.
