A member of the cabbage family, Early White Kohlrabi has short tops, medium-sized stems, and produces a 2 1/2" diameter bulb above the ground. Tastes like a mild white turnip. Good cooked in stew or stir-fry, or raw for dips and salads. Use the tender leaves like other greens. Easy to grow. Repeated plantings will induce a continuous supply until frost.
